Domino (Deny D song)

Lyrics Analysis

In the first verse, I analyze the meaning of a café called 'Las Vegas' in the old neighborhood of Pal Poçe, where I live. I am showing some hidden messages from my first album where I mention this place, such as a second victory, in good faith.

"I don't waver.

Here, Las Vegas is a haven.

I will have faith, and I will not be afraid,

Jah Pal Poçja double harvest".

In the B section, I reflect on moments when I was strong. These moments have been with me in times of plenty and need.

My power

Savings were made,

I really know how to live when I'm tight,

I know how to live in abundance.

In every circumstance, I have learned to be whole, hungry, have plenty, and be in need.

"The chorus expresses emotions that go against what is closest to us, namely investment."

So what can we say about these things? If Domino is with us, who will be against us?

While exploring the theme on the bridge, I used a friend's car interior design work as a camouflage for some intense moments.

Camouflage wherever you go.

Aldo Interior Design is a strength and shelter for us.

Behind the scenes

'Domino' is the third extended play, followed by the second single, 'Drit Nga Anglia.' I started writing this song with an ongoing topic in mind. Following the news, events, and developments, I adapted and connected with actors and directors from England. I was inspired by the 1990 sports action drama film 'Days of Thunder' and the 2005 movie 'Domino' directed by Tony Scott. I also focused on and drew inspiration from Domino Harvey, the English daughter of stage and screen actor Lawrence Harvey, who became a bounty hunter in Los Angeles.
